公車導航 BusMap — 隱私權政策

公車導航（BusMap，以下稱「本 App」）為一款台灣公車即時動態查詢工具。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明本 App 收集、使用與保護資料的方式。本 App 不需註冊帳號，不收集姓名、電話或電子郵件。

一、我們收集的資料

• 匿名裝置識別碼：本 App 產生一組隨機 UUID 作為裝置識別，用於同步你的「收藏路線」。此識別碼不連結任何個人身分。
• 收藏路線：你加入收藏的公車路線編號，與上述匿名裝置識別碼一併儲存於我們的伺服器，以便跨次開啟保留收藏。
• 位置資訊（選用）：若你授權定位，本 App 會取得裝置的概略/精確位置，僅在你的裝置上用來計算「離你最近的公車站」。此位置資訊不會上傳、不會儲存於伺服器、不會與第三方分享。你可隨時於系統設定關閉定位權限，不影響其他功能。
• App 版本與平台：用於相容性與最低版本提示。

本 App 不收集：姓名、電子郵件、電話、聯絡人、相片、付款資訊，亦不做廣告追蹤。

二、第三方服務

• 臺北市政府 Data.Taipei / 公開運輸資料：公車路線、站點與即時動態來源。
• MapTiler、OpenStreetMap：地圖圖磚服務。瀏覽地圖時會向其請求圖磚。

三、資料保留與安全

匿名裝置識別碼與收藏路線保留至你移除收藏或停止使用。資料傳輸採 HTTPS 加密。你可清除 App 資料或解除安裝以移除本機資料。

四、兒童隱私

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童，且不刻意收集兒童個人資料。

五、政策變更

本政策若有更新，將更新本頁日期。重大變更會於 App 內或本頁公告。

BusMap — Privacy Policy

BusMap (the “App”) is a real-time bus tracker for Taiwan. We respect your privacy. The App requires no account and does not collect your name, phone number, or email.

1. Data We Collect

• Anonymous device identifier: a random UUID used to sync your favorite routes. It is not linked to any personal identity.
• Favorite routes: the bus routes you favorite, stored on our server alongside the anonymous device identifier so they persist across launches.
• Location (optional): if you grant permission, the App reads your device’s approximate/precise location solely on your device to compute the “nearest stop.” This location is never uploaded, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties. You may revoke location permission at any time; other features are unaffected.
• App version & platform: for compatibility and minimum-version prompts.

The App does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, contacts, photos, or payment data, and performs no advertising tracking.

2. Third-Party Services

• Data.Taipei / public transit open data: source of routes, stops, and live positions.
• MapTiler, OpenStreetMap: map tile services, requested when you view the map.

3. Retention & Security

The anonymous identifier and favorites are kept until you remove favorites or stop using the App. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can clear app data or uninstall to remove local data.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

5. Changes

Updates are reflected by the date above; significant changes will be announced in-app or on this page.
